Should the Zigbee2MQTT base topic match the auto discovery prefix in Domoticz ?

what do you mean with base topic?Set Auto Discovery topic field, (default = homeassistant) or as set in HomeAssistant_discovery_topic in Zigbee2MQTT settings earlier.
There is a autodiscovery topic and a state topic in Zigbee2MQTT (see also the screenshot in the wiki).
