strange behaviour neocoolcam door-window switch

Hi all,
since a couple of days I have a problem with my neocoolcam doorswitches.
When they are not included the switch without any problem.
When included in zwavejs they switch on when the magnet is near.
But when I take away the magnet they only switch to open when I wake them up or when I approach the magnet again.
I include and exclude them (2 pieces) and reset them as well but with no result.
Anybody else with those problems??
Jan

I am new here but I am not new in this. I just want to tell you something It may be your help It sounds like there may be an issue with the communication between the Neocoolcam doorswitches and the Z-Wave hub or controller you are using. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Make sure the doorswitches are within range of the Z-Wave hub or controller. If they are too far away, the signal may not be strong enough for reliable communication.
Try excluding the doorswitches from your Z-Wave network and then re-including them. This can sometimes help to resolve communication issues.
Check to make sure that the doorswitches are properly installed and that the magnets are aligned correctly. If the magnets are not aligned with the sensors, the doorswitches may not detect when the door is open or closed.
Check the battery level of the doorswitches. If the batteries are low, the doorswitches may not function correctly.
Try resetting the Z-Wave hub or controller and then re-adding the doorswitches to your network. This can help to refresh the network and resolve any communication issues.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be worth reaching out to the manufacturer or vendor for further assistance.
