Unable to connect my Harmony Hub to Domoticz

I try to connect my Harmony Hub to Domoticz, however it fails. According to the instruction (https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Harmony_Hub) I should enter the username and password of my Harmony account, however, there is no possibility for this in the add hardware window. So, what's going wrong?
