Air Quality device

I am setting up a number of CO2 sensors to measure air quality in my home. First step is to calibrate the sensors.
But I noticed that there is no "adjustment" field in this Deomoticz air quality device, just like there is on the temperature device.
Would it be too much to ask if this can be added?
Alternative workaround is to define dummy devices that receive the raw value, modify the value in a LUA script, and then store them in the display device.
This is doable, but obviously I would prefer a cleaner solution like the adjustment field.
