3rd standby screen option

Is it possible to create another (3rd) standby call based on day or nighttime ?

This working fine, but i like to have a standby at daytime and nighttime.
I'm using the standby call to dim my screen, but at daytime is sometime difficult to read the sceen (bright day)
At nighttime i want to have it dimmed as much as possible
