P1 Smart Meter difference between general overview and usage

So I've been monitoring my P1 smart meter for a few months and I've just noticed something.

There is a difference between the values registered in the general overview (combination of T1, T2 usage and T1, T2 return) and the separate usage and return meters.

For example at 18:25 today my T1 Usage notes 1.164 Watt, but the separate meter for Usage only notes 118.
They all show the same values on a second to second basis.
I guess this is due to a slight difference in when they register their data at the 5 minute mark, but is there a way this could be altered or synced better?

If this has already been answered or there's better info in the wiki, feel free to link, but I haven't been able to find anything on this specific question.

With 'general overview' you mean the report ? Yes this is using the 5 minute interval and daily values
