Hello,
I would like to integrate my Aqara Hub E1 in domoticz to connect some Zigbee devices. I'm not sure that is possible, somebody has already done that?

You better buy an open source zigbee stick and use that.

I already have a zigbee stick, I'ts only for extend my network. Is it possible to connect 2 or more zigbee stick ?

Yes it's technicaly possible, but you can have only 1 coordinator in a zigbee network, so the second one will just a router, so you will not be able to use his features. Generaly when someone use an USB gateway as router, he change the firwmare to use a router one.
You can find USB zigbee extender that are made just for that.
