Domoticz

Hii all,

Since i think a year now i use Tuya bulbs with the TUYA plugin in domoticz. This works great for me.
No big problems al all. Now since a couple of days I have bought a wall switch from Tuya. I`ve add it
succesfully to the mobile Tuya app. From here the TUYA plugin will import the devices to domoticz.
At first the devices were not added, but after a restart of domoticz they were add at de devices list.
From there i can succesfully use the switch. If I put the switch on in domiticz the hardware switch will
switch to.
But then the problems begin. When I put the hardware switch to on or off the status in domoticz
will not change at all. After some testing I found out that it only change when I restart domoticz.

Does anyone have had this same issue before?

I`m using Domoticz version 2022.1 on a Raspberry Pi 4 with OS Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)

I have the same issue. Switching on/off in Tuya doesnt update status in Domoticz.. found a solution yet?

I suppose the plugin only checks on startup of the plugin for new devices. Normally the plugin starts when Domoticz has started.
Alternatively you can also update the plugin through menu Setup Hardware, select the plugin and click on Update button (without changing anything).
It will restart the plugin.

I see the new devices, thats not the problem.
The problem is when i switch one on or off in Tuya App, i dont see the change of the status in Domoticz.
So i turn on, but Domoticz keeps saying its off.

Unfortunately i still have this problem. I have checked several forums, but unfortunately no solution yet.

hello, is there a solution to the problem? I also have the problem that the status does not change when you turn the switch on or off
