zwavejs2mqtt - Inclusion failed

Hello,
I have been having performance issues with Z-Wave using OZW for a while now. High latency, unstable network, and recently all node information was dropped and couldn't get it back. I was also suspecting my controller stick to have issues so I bought a new controller (Aeon Z-Stick 7), upgraded the firmware, installed Mosquitto and ZwaveJS2MQTT and started to remove nodes from my old controller and adding them to the new controller.
This has worked fine up until now, I still have 4 Qubino dimmers/relays I want to add to my new controller, but when I attempt inclusion zwavejs2mqtt tells me "Inclusion failed". I was able to add a Fibaro module, and the node ID was bumped from 11 to 17, so the attempts in between did seem to have been started but I am unsure whats going on here. I already tried filing a support issue on Github with zwavejs2mqtt, but they deleted it overnight...
Attached the debug log.
