i am considering to buy a couple of these units. Basically a switch, but with power measuring on board.
But without support in Domoticz, it is not really a good buy for me.

Is there a way to link these units to Domoticz? From the description I can see they are Wifi connected, and are not Zigbee or Zwave...
Any ideas?

I believe they are Tuya-based, so you could use:
http://www.domoticz.com/wiki/plugins/plugin.html
https://github.com/guino/Domoticz-TUYA
Works for me, but without the energy consumption data.
Edit: just saw that the url's are no longer valid. Maybe some other github source will provide a Tuya solution.

I'm considering the same, have you bought those R6113's? Which Tuya plugin do you use and can you read-out the power consumption?

I use the Tuya app on my Android phone for measurements readout.
In Domoticz I use the Tuya plugin, the woox devices show up as simple on/off switch. I have not been able to find the measurements there.

In the end it might be useful to use zigbee2mqtt and get yourself some zigbee wallplugs.
This because you can build a mesh network, devices are (mostly) cheaper and you can extend it with other nice hardware (bulbs, temperature sensors etc)

Agreed, ZigBee is a better way to go. I already use Zigbee2MQTT, with a Conbee, three IKEA lamps, and five Heimann smoke detectors. The IKEA lamps are part of the backbone, the smoke detectors are end devices.
Where I donot agree: price of ZIgbee devices are not generally lower. The Woox type switches for example, I bought for about €20 for a set of three. Try that with similar Zigbee devices.

So, what are affordable devices to read powerconsumption?
Price around the Woox and fully functional in domoticz?

Check this overview and check for Zigbee2MQTT compatible devices with Power measurement: https://zigbee.blakadder.com/plugs.html
