I had a notification that someone had made a reply on a topic that i replied on too.
When I looked into that topeic (called "Mobile App") the reply was already deleted due to spam I presume.
But when I looked again because I made a type error back then I saw that the complete topic was deleted. Which is strange as it was a valid question back then and not from a spammer.

So something went wrong here...

I think I saw it. The last reply was definitely spam. A moderator might have slipped and deleted the whole thread by mistake?

... and all posts of that member were deleted. The whole topic will disappear when started by that member.

It was not started by that spam member. As it had already 45 messages I assumed the Topic Starter was not a spammer but a normal member.

We're making use of a Add-on called BanHammer these days so we aren't deleting posts/threads anymore when a spammer turns up, but rather banhammer the user, which in turn does all the actions for use. So in stead of a "zillioen" clicks before, we now only need a few clicks to get rid of those members and all their posts.
