HELP - Temperature sensors are not updating in real time...

Good day. Glory to Ukraine and Free Countries!
Please help solve the problem so fast as it posible. Medicines shell be delivered to our warehouse tomorrow, but the monitoring system is not working. System - Windows server 2016 * 64, Domoticz + Influx + Grafana.
My problem is that the temperature sensors don't show real-time data. The photo shows that they all transmit data randomly over time. Earlier, when the version of the program from 17.04.2021 was installed - everything worked fine and the data was transmitted + - 30 seconds. For some time, the system worked without interference. The latest stable version is currently installed, but it is not working properly ... The old version of the program could not be installed - an error occurs. Photos of problems and settings attached. What else can be fixed or adjusted? I have been using Domotics for more than a year, so I know all the basic tricks. Thank you for the prompt assistance !!!

Good day. The mistake was that "the system returned an error" and Domoticz did not even start from the services.

Start (old version) with debug parameters and post the logoutput so we can see the details.
