Some info : flash my rflink because it is not stable with mqtt firmware, so now if someone push my doorbell it is received by rflink and publish to mosquitto under rflink, that works.

Questions how can I subscribe to an topic not started with domoticz/in (out) but topic started with rflink/Keeloq-d244 and create an device under domoticz?

Create the device manually and map the topics from what you have to domoticz/in in Node-Red.
