Request for ARCAM FMJ domoticz plugin

Owning an ARCAM FMJ - An Audio-Video receiver/amplifier - , i want to have some basic control options from Domoticz; mostly volume up/down and on/off would be great to start!!
Home assistant has a standard plugin, but I really prefer to stick to Domoticz

Lacking the knowhow to convert this to a Domoticz plugin myself, maybe there is someone savvy enough to take this on?
there is some kind of library available allready, but I am unable to tell if this is usefull, difficult, impossible or a walk in the park to turn this into a Domoticz plugin.
