Wifi Zigate not working

I accidentally removed the memeory of the esp.
I reinstalled witg esp-ink
I can see the wifi webinterface on 192.116.***.32
I see: ZiGate-WiFi v2.00 with esp-link v3.2.50-gfe4f565-dirty
However: when i configure Zigate Pluin in Domoticz i do not get it to work
I use ZiGate+, TCPIP and port 9999. Listenig port is set to 9440

When i do a portscan on the ip adres of the zigate i only get port 80 and 2323

What can i do to get it working
