But python plugin don't appear natively on hardware list (or I have missed something) ?
You have the list here https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Plugins
You need to use the plugin manager (another python plugin) or install them yourself according your choice.

I think the OP meant add those plugins to the official plugin list in the wiki

Most of the requested plugins are already on the wiki plugin page.
