zwave dead

hi, i was on domoticz stable version and i was using zwave since long time without issue.
Since yesterday my devices have been hot responding anymore.
i try to update to latest beta version but it not change.
i see that in harware page the zwave config button is become red (it was blue)

i have razberry zwave GPIO board 1st version.
i created bot ttyAMA0 and also ttyUSB0
the one that was working is ttyAMA0
today i create the ttyUSB0 but nothing change: configuration button still red and device are not responding:

p.s. i also try to update the razberry zwave firmware to last version 3.2 it succeed but still not working.

If your zwave was working, why did you switch? Zwavejs is only recommended if people have issues.

I would:
1) go back to zwave if that worked
2) if you want to keep zwavejs, start with checking if that works itself (does thw web interface show? Can you see / switch devices?)
Then check if mqtt receives device updates
Then check the domoticz plugin

Unfortunately i do not nothing... I don't update nothing and i don't change nothing BUT The only things that i do was switch off raspberry and take the SD to backup it.
Here (blame on me) when i put again the SD i connect the GPIO of zwave raZberry on wrong position (i move forward a raw) i immediately recognize it and disconnect the GPIO and connect again correctly.
I think that the pcb module of zwave is working because I installed on another SD card the raZberry image downloaded from zwave website and i try tu update latest fw to last version 3.2 and it works. So i guess and hope that the moddule is working.
Then i restore my SD with donoticz (that was working) but i have the configuration button red insted of blue and devices that are not been responding.
What do you suggest?
What's the zwavejs?
And what i should do to check the domoticz plugin you are referring to?
