trouble with adding blinds - missing setup icon

Hi all, I'm having trouble adding blinds by image. I do not know how to add another blinds with the options set (sun/wind). Original type is RFY,RFY,Blinds, new light/switch... I can't find the procedure anymore...

First, I have no RF gateway so cannot help you directly
The screenshot in the first post indicates that you have to choose to switch the sun / wind detector on or off.
So what is the procedure you followed?

I have never seen this, as I do not have blinds, but it seems to have been implemented.
