restorinng aeotec gen 5

Post by fillister »

Hello,
I recently replaced my PI model 3B with a PI 4 and restored my Domoticz from a backup file. the aeotec z gen5 is flashing a constant red, blue, yellow. When i try to turn on a zwave switch I get the following "Error sending switch command, check device/hardware (idx=1) !"
under Hardware it lists the z stick as enabled and on port /dev/ttyACM0
I ran the command "sudo lsusb -v | grep 'idVendor\|idProduct\|iProduct\|iSerial'" to locate the zstick which resulted with the following:
can't get debug descriptor: Resource temporarily unavailable
idVendor 0x2109 VIA Labs, Inc.
idProduct 0x3431 Hub
iProduct 1 USB2.0 Hub
iSerial 0

Any advise to get the zwave operational would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
