Cdb-6500 Doorchime - kaku

Hi all,
I found somewhere in the basement an old CDB-6500 door chime using the Kaku protocol.
The button-part is gone unfortunately so I cannot snoop the RF transmission codes.
Googling found some information (X, X, X) but not sufficient to let the bell ring.
I'm using RFLink and the RFLink Loader to try (i.e. trial-and-error).
It should be something like:
10;Kaku;41;1;ON; (Protocol = Kaku, ID=41, SWITCH=1 and CMD=ON)
Tested as well ID 42 and 43, and switch ranging from 1 to 15.
No luck so far. Does anybody has such a device and could provide me a working ID and switch values?
