translation of the ZiGate plugin

If you have some bandwidth we are looking to get a translation version of the Domoticz-Zigate plugin.

Today the plugin is available in

- English
- Dutch
- Spanish

If you have some times and willing to translate to a local language please let me know, you will be given a file in json format of around 450 lines ( English statement) for translation
