Z-wave sensors not updating?

I have a Neo Coolcam multisensor, and it shows up as such in the Zwave controller:
However it's related sensors just do not seem to update anymore:
(Also note the different battery values displayed... To make this even more interesting, the device is actually using an AC/DC adapter wired to a dummy battery, thus providing constant power!)
Of course, this doesn't help much, as now none of the motion or light-sensor based script work, nor does the alarm...
The sensor light flashes regularly, so it is obviously still working, and in the Z-wave controller screen, the 'last seen' is recent!
Any suggestions where to start?
