Domoticz library for testing

Hi
Is there a Domoticz library available to test a plugin without activating it inside Domoticz, but using it offline?
I mean, a library that would fake the dictionaries like Devices, Parameters and so on (Ideally connecting through a remote instance of Domoticz on HTTP), call the handlers like Domoticz would, provide the main functions, etc.
