My partner wants me to get a camera set up in a location I don't currently have power run to so it limits my options and both of these seem to have that battery + power from a mini solar panel.

Both seem very similar in price and features - The Argus 2 has a wider field of view than the Reolink Eco but do I risk someone grabbing the Argus since it looks like it just pops off it's holder where the Eco is a bullet.

I could also try and run some electrical to the area but that's a bit more of a pain in the butt too.

Any opinions?

The Argus 2 comes with an outdoor security mount (as an extra), like the one for the Argus Eco.
Please note that none of the Argus models are compatible with any NVR or NAS. They are only accessable through the Reolink smartphone app and the Windows app, not through Domoticz. See the FAQ at the Reolink website.
I have an Argus, with solar panel, and it works fine if your wifi signal is strong enough. You want to check the signal strength first (windows and doors closed) with your smartphone before buying the Argus.
