error whitescreen appears on dashticz

Hi,
I'm running dashticz via a kioskbrowser on a LENOVO TAB M10+ 4GB 64GB and once in a while the screen becomes white with an error message shown:
"upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination".
I'm running domoticz and dashticz (apache) on an intel nuc and cant find any clue what might be the reason behind this.
even searching on the web didnt point me into any direction, therefore checking out if anybody hear has any experience with this error.
