Looking for Zigbee temperature sensor with good range for outdoor use

I'm looking for Zigbee temperature sensors with good range for outdoor use, as I want to replace my current 433MHz (RFXCOM) devices.

I currently have 3 in protected locations (greenhouse, shed eaves, housing), so no particular weather issues, with the furthest being about 30m away from the house (no external power available). I intend to mount a Zigbee router in a strategic location.

Any suggestions?
