Wifi or Z-Wave speaker for audio alerts

Hi,
are there compatible Z-Wave or Wifi Devices to output Audio Alerts through domoticz?

I have my Domoticz set up to receive a Telegram Message on all my devices when someone rings the doorbell. It however is not loud enough enough to be audible in my entire flat.

I also would like to be able to output an alarm when motion is triggered.
