reuse zotac zbox nano ad10

Hi, i need some advise
i have an old zotac nano ad010 with dual core amd 1.6gh and a 4gb dimm, 120 ssd 2.5 inch hdd an gigab. lan

Is this old mini pc as quick as a new rpi4b with 4gb?
If so, what kind of image instead of my default raspbain image can i use to install an OS.
I assume that raspbian is for raspberry's, what do i use for this amd architecture (no idea if this is 32bit/64 bits)

try an install ubuntu 64 bit from here
https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop

or debian 64 bit from here
https://www.debian.org/distrib/

if that installs, you are good to go.
not sure about the speed vs rpi4, but trying doesn't cost anything but time
