Wifi6 and Z-Wave

Is it true that with Wifi6 you don't need a Z-Wave hub but only Domoticz to communicate?

Wifi is on 2.4 and/or 5 GHz.
Z-Wave is on 868,42 MHz
So I do not see how that could work.

Point taken, thanks. Had the same impression, but watched a Youtube channel that told otherwise.
