I got several devices under temperature and utility, that should actually be under weather, such as outside temp, cloud cover, sun power, etc
Is there a way to move these manually?

Not that I know of.woyld indeed be nice to have widgets move to another tabs. A long time whish. But I think a too large change of the datamodel and user interface.

You can off course use something as Dashticz, than you are free to do what you want.
