zwave or 433 LED driver?

Hello,

Just bougt a new LED light and need a way to control it in Domoticz. I use 433 RfxCom and Z-wave. In tghe past, I have used two components: Kaku dimmer + LED driver, but this time I want to buy a single hardware dimmer with Z-wave or 433 mhz functionality

This one has a bad review when using with Domoticz:

What about the Ikea Tradfri LED Drivers ?

IKEA Trafri?
Looks good. Does it provide constant 700 mA current, just for one lamp? (with multiple LED's)
