HeatXL thermostat

Hi,

Ik have started to exchange the standard radiator for infrared heatpanels.
The used panels are controlled by a HEATXL THERMO prog thermostat using the 868mhz frequency to control a plug in receiver.

Is there a way to tap into these things and control them within Domoticz?
It turned out my girlfriend forgets to switch the one in her room off when leaving making it run all night. Being a 1kW panel this does not contribute to lowering our gas and electricity bills.
