Xiaomi has apparently blocked UDP port 9898 with firmware 1.4.1_176.0220 and prevented communication with domotics and other smart home software.

Wrong Alarm. Gateway works now also, only Router Problem.
But when Port 9898 is closed , you can make the Fix from the Link
