Switch from Raspberry to NAS

I run Domoctiz for several years on a Raspberry. Now I have a new Synology NAS and want to move the whole Domoticz system to the NAS. Installation of Domoctiz was easy and without a problem. 8-)
For the Z-wave network, I use a Aeotec Z-wave stick Gen5. As I already built the system for several years there are now 16 devices (Nodes) connected via the USB-stick.
As soon as I connect the USB-stick to the NAS it reshuffles the NOD-id’s and all the “names” are empty. :x
Is there a possibility to copy this information from the Raspberry to the NAS?
Is it possible to copy the databases to the NAS zo I still have my history on the devices?

Domoticz uses only one database ( domoticz.db ) and that can be copied and used on the NAS. You might need to change the usb ports for the hardware connected to USB

Are the nod-id's and names than also updated. Is this also stored in the database?

Not 100% sure about this but from memory (when I switched from NAS to Raspberry and later from Raspberry to NUC), I think some information is in the stick but you might loose the node names.

Decided not to switch to the NAS because DSM7 will not be supported (yet). Instead I upgraded the system to a Raspberry pi4 with a SSD drive (to get rid of the SD-card). The systems runs now completely via the SSD-drive (boot and operational).

I am making the move from NAS to Raspberry Pi 3B
Since you tried the move with the Z-wave stick.
I see that you had the problem of empty nodes, but did the nodes work, or not?

I remember I had the empty nodes before, often after the NAS shuffled the USB ports again after a reboot.

I hope to make the step from the NAS (2020.1) to the RasPi (2020.2) without having to rebuild the Z-wave network.
