Is the firmware of the OTGW upgradable over Wifi (NodeMCU) or do i need an FTDI cable to do this?

Just updated my OTGW over the air.
Steps:
1. Disable OTGW hardware in domoticz
2. Reboot NodeCMU
3. Connect OTMonitor, use IP & Port of the NodeMCU (Options>Connection)
4. Upload firmware (File>Firmware Update)
5. Reboot NodeMCU
6. Enable OTGW hardware in domoticz.

Thanks for your reply. This did the trick!
Before i could connect OTmonitor but no values or logs were showing up from the boiler.
After disabling OTGW in Domoticz values and logging showed up and i was able to upgrade the Firmware over the air. This was the key!

This is because domoticz kicks the otgw in to this mode of sending each 30sec a strong of prefefined data.
I will update soon though otmonitor, but I guess I will wait for some more user feedback. Especially since I have no issues and bought the unit with the previous 4.2 firmware already in it.

I upgraded my OTGW (with eth interface) from 4.2.5 to 4.2.6 yesterday.
after stopping the OTGW hardware in domoticz I connected the OTMONITOR and while trying to upgrade I got a message to manually reset the OTGW.
I did a power cycle on the OTGW and after that all went smooth, monitoring and firmware upgrading from the OTMONITOR.
After disconnecting the OTMONITOR and enabling the domoticz OTGW hardware it went on as normal, no problems.
Domotincs is now displaying 4.2.6 as firmware

I updated OTGW to 4.2.7 (coming from 4.2.5) through the web interface (raspberrypi:8081) and it ran until 78% and got stuck there. Updating for a 2nd time made it go until 100% and it was OK afterwards. I only needed to restart Domoticz afterwards, since it was not communicating with OTGW anymore after the update.

4.2.7 is released. Anyone who knows the difference compared to 4.2.6?

Changelog
Version 4.2.7, released 30 November 2020
Store DHW setting in EEPROM, so it survives a restart of the OTGW
Fix freeze in standalone mode when boiler generates a stray signal
Add a command to obtain the current state of the GPIO input pins
Prevent unintended heat request in case of thermostat communication problems
Fix spontaneous reset in monitor mode
Add command to obtain the reason of the last reset
Fix bug: Missing response from the boiler may result in wrong data being returned by the gateway on the next request.

I have read the changelog, but that changelog is since 4.2.5. There was also a version 4.2.6, which is removed now, so what is changed since 4.2.6?
