Open Z-wave with Razberry V1 on PI-3 model B

Goodmorning Gents,
First of all I have to say...Im a noob with Z-wave but a quick learner I hope:)
I mounted the razberry V1 on the PI3 model B (GPIO pins) and executed some commands on the raspberry required which I found here and there on the forum. I dont have actual nodes yet but I wanted to know whether the screens I got appear to be ok. There are 4 unkown nodes which appear to be the "nodes" on the raz-board itself and one node with an actual name which seems to be ok. Then there is the neighbous thing which shows 6 nodes?....so my question is how do I have to interpret this? Any advice on the brand I should buy. Neo Coolcam or Fibaro?...some other maybe which are quite good?
thx in advance
