Windows and Bluetooth sensors

Hi everyone.

I have been using Domoticz installed on Windows on Intel Compute Stick for some time. I have already got used to it, I can use a browser or connect directly to remote Windows "server" over TeamViewer and that is fine for me. The problem I have been struggling from the very begining is how to connect Xiaomi Bluetooth thermometer to it. I tried with mijia-sensor-domoticz as well as MiTemperature2 scripts cloned from Github to no avail. For me it seems as if my OS is missing Bluepy for Python, whereas I use Python 3.7, the only version of Bluepy for Windows is compatible with Python 2.x.
I am stuck with that and I want to ask for your advice what to do furher, how to handle it? As BLE is nativly supported by Windows, I can pair sensors with my computer without any problems, so perhaps there is some workaround.
