MyDomoticz "turns red" after a few hours

I'm new in the Domoticz world but have managed to set up a system running on a Win10 PC and it works fine.
The PC is placed remotely in the house and I use Windows Remote Desktop/TeamViewer and MyDomoticz for access. MyDomoticz works for a while, generally a few hours or a day, but suddenly the avatar at the dashboard page turns red and I can´t access the system through MyDomiticz. If I then use Remote Desktop the PC and the Domoticz application looks fine.
A restart of the PC makes the avatar turn green again and the system is accessible via MyDomoticz. Why does the system go red? I’ve checked the energy settings on the PC and it does not go into power save mode.
