ESP8266-based P1-port sensor sending electricity and gas generation and utilisation data to domoticz.

I want to share my project where I used a LOLIN Wemos D1 Mini (based on ESP8266) to send energy production and consumption data from the P1 port of my Belgian Fluvius smart meter to Domoticz. This code is optimised for the belgian implementation of the DSMR P1 V5.0.2 protocol. I tested it with my Sagemcom S211 meter, but it may work with other meters as well.
