As of today, mijnafvalwijzer.nl closed down the json response.

Only paying customers have access. I pay indirectly via my city community, but that doesn't count as "a paying customer"

Marked solved but how did you solve it? I was using the same service which now stopped working, which alternative did you switch to?

There is no Domoticz solution. The alternative is to subscribe to the email notifications.
The 'solved' marker is there because the mystery of the error (empty JSON) was solved.
