Behaviour unification for click effect on icons

Hello, all,
Seems to me that standardization of click behaviour on icons could be of some interest. Currently, a click on all icons except on switches shows the chart, but on switches icons click will toggle the switch. In addition, there is no way to get directly a chart of a switch, without need to go to switch panel, and choose 'log'.
My suggestion : 1/ click-> chart, 2/ uppercase + click or ctrl + click -> toggle when applicable.
Not a major need indeed, but a suggestion for comfort, and to avoid mistakes on dense floorplans
