Pushover Message Setup Problems

Greetings:
I have setup Domoticz and would like to send motion alarm notifications via Pushover to my iphone 11, but need some help with setup.
I am not sure how do begin, I do have a Pushover account but not sure how to proceed.
Domoticz's manual doesn't describe much along those lines.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
