Hi,
To automate some lights i need a motion and door sensor that will respond direct in domoticz, Now I have a Tuya wifi sensor and it takes 2-6 seconds before the status changes in domoticz and for walking in i closet that's way to long.
I can use it in the tuya app and that works but not as much functions as I like.
I have Wifi 433mhz and zwave and waiting for a CC2531 zigbee stick.

I have Xiaomo zigbee door sensors and they are instant in domoticz when using a CC2531 as a router or if using a Conbee II with Phoscon/deCONZ and the deCONZ plugin, I do have some zigbee PIR's (see links at the bottom.) which are almost instant BUT they have a funny timeout, once triggered you cannot trigger them again for 1 minute providing there is no movement again during that minute, if there is the next trigger point seems to be a bit random, anywhere from 2 to 5 mins or so it seems.
I'd suggest you still look for a suitable zigbee PIR or use a 433Mhz one but stick with the zigbee door sensor, the reason being 433Mhz stuff just sends data, it doesn't care what else might be transmitting at the time so if you used 433 for door and PIR you might end up with a data collision as you open the door with both sensors transmitting at almost the same time so you get corrupted data and nothing gets detected.
Zigbee is true 2 way comms so it will always listen before sending to prevent the above.
Dave.
