[Features Request] Extra Field (how many times) in Notification Tab

My notification problem are described here:

It would be really useful that in the notifications field it was possible to enter how many times the indicated value must be higher (or lower) before the notification is triggered.

My 2 cents..
This would require quite some adjustments in the core of domoticz and the database and would also add significant overhead to the notification subsystem for a feature that will be of use for a limited number of notifications.
On top of that there are script solutions written and available to address this requirement for individual cases.
