Battery Levels Issue

I have a Pi 3B + with the latest beta (use it as a test machine) and have a strange battery level issue,the Ikea "hockey puck" switch reports low batt but only for the cental button, the setup uses a CC2531 with zigbee2mqtt so the device is seen as 5 individual switches with 4 of them showing 60% batt and the central one showing 11%.

Any Ideas?
