Xiaomi Mi Smart Socket EU Plug ZNCZ04LM

Hi,
I have several of these zigbee plugs ZNCZ04LM. I think they are great, EU version, small and power measurement capability.
I have them through Zigate connected on my Domoticz.
They work perfectly, on/off.
Also this plug can measure powerconsumption.
When adding the Power plug to Domoticz I also get the extra sensors, Watt and kWh.
However if there is a device connected to the plug the values do not change.
0 Watt and 0 kWh
So the power measurement is not working.
Does somebody have the same experiance or perhaps an explanation why the sensors are made/recognized in domoticz but do not function?
Is it because Zigate?

Thanks
Regards!

Please do switch to latest beta , then remove all those widgets and redo the pairing

Hi, thanks for the responce.
I have updated Domoticz to the latest Beta.
Removed the Zigbee device complete from Domoticz (the switch, kWh and Watt sensors, and some other devices related to the powerplug).
Then I have re-detected and re-paired the zigbee powerplug in the zigate pluginn, and added the devices in Domoticz.
No change i'm afraid, the counters in Watt and kWh remain 0.
What do you mean with
relive those widgets
Regards

I als found the same question on another forum, with your reply on it:

This did not work out? (My french is not that good, and google translate sometimes makes it a puzzle to understand;-)
Thanks!

Which version of the plugin are you ? (Branch stable or beta ) ? The version is displayed on the Plugin Webadmin (footer)
From what I see in the file you sent I don't think you were on the version able to fully handle the Plug.
So please do update to the latest stable version 4.9.004 or to the latest beta 4.10.
Then you have to remove all widget related to each devices ( Switch, 2 xPower/meter), so around 5 widgets per devices
Then with the latest version redo the pairing process and then you should get the 3 widgets ( Switch, Power, Meter) per device ad they will get updated.
If it is not happening, please do provide the log from pairing time

Hi,
I'm running this powerplug now for a few days.
The sensors that measure Watt and kWh work fine in realtime values.
But in Month and Year I don't see the logs of the measurements in week, month, and year correctly.
-Especially kWH sensor shows only "DAYS" measurements, in week, month and year everything is 0.
-The Watt sensor shows a nice day measurement but the "Week" overview is missing (or is there no week supposed te be?), and in the month measurement it is a constant average, maybee that's correct and I should wait longer fort a better picture?

I'm running Domoticz Beta Version: Version: 2020.2 (build 12188)
I have 6 of these powerplugs running, they all show the same thing in Domoticz.
Can you help?
Thanks!!!!

This looks like standard behavior of Domoticz Power usage devices. It will show the min-max values in weeks and months overview being 0-55 every day in your case. Not much the plug-in can do about this.

Could you kindly provide me an export of Plugin Device Raw (JSON) ? I don't know if that is normal or not, but would like to check if this behave accordingly to what is expected in the plugin.

But of course!
Thanks for the response.
Here is the file.
After 2 weeks I think the Watt sensor is OK. It shows (3) days, month and year statistics and they are being filled with data. I see these same kind of statisics logs (days. month, year) also in other Watt sensors from other devices.
The kWh sensor however is not completely filling with statistics.
Only the log for days is showing stats, the other columns are not filling with data.
In week, month and year all statistics are 0. (flatline)
Thanks again for taking the time!
Regards

If you have the possibility to get the latest beta version, we are now able to retreive the summation from the device and in such the result is more accurate than just the Domoticz Compute mecanism
