Xiaomi Mi door sensor and Window Sensor not working after battery replacement

Hi all,
I've replaced my battery of the Xiaomi Mi door sensor and window sensor and it is not working in Domoticz anymore.
In the Xiaomi Home app I see updates of open and closing, etc. but this doesn't reflect in Domoticz.
I've tried to turn on accept new hardware however this doesn't change anything.
Does anyone have an idea to solve this?
Thanks,
Will

Needless to say, other devices with enough battery still respond well.
This is also the first time in 2 years that I had to replace the battery.
Cheers,
Will

Think you need to push the pair button, it will refresh the information. What zigbee dongle are you using?

Hi Louis22,
Thank you for your response, however this is not how Domoticz has implemented Xiaomi hub.
That is why in app, which connect to the hub I see updates. Via IP address the information is shared with domoticz.

Ah, so you use it with the hub. I never used xiaomi's hub but opted to a zigbee dongle. Much better as I dont rely on Xiaomi's cloud (mostly privacy issues).

The issue is solved.
The only change I made is re-enter the password in the "Hardware" menu and update the device.
For those who are new to this, with version 2, you leave the username empty.
I don't use the Xiaomi cloud, my firewall blocks any connection. I use only the internal IP.
Kind regards,
Will
