Hi,
Since a few weeks Security Panel is not working anymore on IOS devices.. iPhones & iPads. (Domoticz App)
It does work on android so when in arm my alarm, my other family members cannot disarm it in the morning.
Al other switches are working.. and i see no errors. Just can't tap the Security panel...
Looks like it's IOS related. Any idea's?

Re: Security Panel not responding on IOS
Im running Version: 4.10717 on a Raspberry (Raspbian)...maybe i need to upgrade/update...
Not sure, what the latest version is atm and if i need to update Raspbian to Buster.
From the webinterface i could not update so first i did a ssh connection and update raspbian with
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade
after i could start the domoticz update from the webinterface but now nothing is working
Tried to update Domoticz with SSH
cd /home/pi/domoticz
./updaterelease
No succes..
Then update trough sudo curl -L install.domoticz.com | bash
and made sure my configured ports are correct..
It's still offline...

Re: Security Panel not responding on IOS
The correct installation line is:
curl -sSL install.domoticz.com | sudo bash
If still no success please give some more information like what's in the logfile or what do you see when you start domoticz from the commandline
with sudo ./domoticz
Debian buster, bullseye on RPI-4, Intel NUC.

Re: Security Panel not responding on IOS
Hello,
I experienced similar issues where one could not change the state of the panel from the Domoticz iOS. In the past, this feature was working.
Currently, the security panel is working; however, there was a recent update in the Domoticz iOS app. I encourage you to update it.
My humble recommendation is to upgrade your Domoticz Server to the latest version. You will need to migrate your RaspberryPi from Stretch to Buster distribution. Please follow link to some very helpful information as to how to do it. It worked for me!

Once you have the latest Domoticz server application running in your RPI and the latest Domoticz iOS. They should be able to talk properly.
My next challenge is to configure the remote access from iOS Domoticz app. I am currently using VNC client as a temporary solution.
I did manage to send notifications to iOS when we are away if something happens.
If you are interested please follow link below.

I hope this helps.
