Windows: Batch script starts media player

So I've managed to get some batch scripts running fine. However starting a media player(foobar2000) doesn't work.

I suspect it's because it isn't starting in the current logged in desktop session. I basically just want to run music on the windows system Domoticz is currently running on.

Any ideas? Appreciate the help as I've spent some time on this with no luck.
