2,4 Ghz Led Driver - How to add to Domoticz

Hello,
I have LED lamp with 2,4G LED Driver. It is work with added remote contol. I tried to add this remote control to my Logitech Harmony Hub but it isn't recoginize (becouse of 2,4g i think?).
So, what can I do to work this LED lamp with Domoticz? What should I buy? Maybe some bridge?
I heard that RFLink could operate 2,4G devices? Is it true?
